For 25 years, I’ve walked alongside women in just about every season imaginable. I’ve listened, prayed, and worked with them as a social worker, ministry leader, missionary, nonprofit director, and certified life and leadership coach.

Through every role, one truth has remained steady: women are strong, but they’re also weary.

Behind the bright smiles and busy calendars, I’ve heard the same quiet questions repeated over and over again:

“Is this all there is?”
“Why do I feel so tired, even when I’m doing good things?”
“How can I grow without burning out?”

For years, I sat with those questions myself. They’re sacred, really — because they point to something deep within us that still believes life can feel lighter, more joyful, and more whole.

Now, after decades of walking beside women, I’m building something new — anchored in peace, not pressure.

The Story Behind the Name

People often ask where Kind Birdie came from.

The name came to me one morning when I was praying about how to merge everything I’ve learned about women, ministry, and leadership into one clear mission.

I wanted something gentle but strong. Something that represented freedom, kindness, and spiritual grounding.

The bird represents hope, lightness, and perspective — the way God lifts us above the noise of everyday life. “Kind” captures our purpose: to create products and experiences that bring gentleness back to the way we live, work, and grow.

Together, Kind Birdie reminds us that we were made to fly freely — but with hearts anchored in faith.

My Story — and Yours

When I think about the women I’ve served, I picture:

The mom who prays for a few minutes of peace before the house wakes up.
The professional who’s successful on paper but secretly feels spiritually disconnected.

I’ve been each of those women at different points in my own journey.

After decades of ministry, leadership, marriage, parenting, and coaching, I realized that burnout and busyness weren’t the only enemies — disconnection was.

Disconnection from our bodies, our souls, our people, and the God who created us.

Kind Birdie was born from that realization. It’s a way to rebuild connection — through tangible, faith-rooted tools that help you slow down, reflect, and return to what matters most.
