We want you to love your Kind Birdie products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • To start a return, please contact us at dana@kindbirdie.com with your order number.
  • Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at dana@kindbirdie.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (paid email or article subscriptions), gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, used products (such as opened journals or planners with writing) cannot be returned.
