I’m really glad you’re here.
For more than 25 years, I’ve walked alongside women as a social worker, ministry leader, blogger, and certified coach. The calling has stayed the same through every season—helping women live with clarity, courage, and peace.
Along the way, I’ve heard the quiet questions many women carry behind strong, capable lives:
- Is this all there is?
- Why do I feel so tired even when I’m doing good things?
- How can I grow without burning out?
I’ve asked those questions myself.
For decades, I tried to faithfully hold together work, family, ministry, and relationships. I loved the people around me deeply, but I often felt like I was slowly running out of energy. There would be seasons of calm, but eventually I would find myself sliding back toward overwhelm and burnout.
In 2017, something began to shift. I started learning how to live and lead from a place of deeper rest, clearer priorities, and stronger spiritual grounding. It changed the way I work, the way I show up for the people I love, and the way I help other women.
Kind Birdie is part of that story.
