The Creative Juggler

Biggest Problem: Your days feel scattered. You starts with good intentions but end up cleaning messes or responding to others’ needs.

Fears: That you're not stewarding your God-given ideas or gifts well. That you’ll never create the life you picture in her head.

Dreams: To feel light again. To carve out space to create without guilt and find a peaceful rhythm that honors your faith and creativity.

Chin up, Birdie! With a little spiritual self-care, every Creative Juggler can become a Rhythmic Maker. You'll embrace a sacred rhythm of creating, resting, and responding. Your days will have flow, and your creativity will find space to bloom.

Self-Care Tips for Soulful Focus & Flow

  • Designate a “sacred corner” at home for creating—no toys, no to-do lists, just space to dream.
  • Use a Pomodoro-style timer for creative work: 25 focused minutes, 5-minute reset (snack, stretch, prayer).
  • Celebrate unfinished work as faith in progress. Keep a “create without finishing” sketchpad, folder, or list in your Anchored Notebook.
  • Recite a grounding affirmation: “God values my delight, not just my doing.”
  • Begin a Sunday reset ritual, prepping for the week ahead with beauty (candles, music, a gentle weekly plan).

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."

 — Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)

This verse encourages you to hand over your many projects and ideas to  God so He can bring focus and fruitfulness.
