Dana Byers is the founder of Kind Birdie and a certified life and leadership coach. In 2017, she hired a coach that led her through the ELI, and it gave her a transformative framework to break her pattern of burnout at work and home. In 2022, Dana became a master practitioner and approved to administer the Energy Leadership Index.
